Water with lemon
During morning meditation, I received a clear message: water with lemon. So, today, my hydration plan is water with lemon. This is one of my favorite benefits of meditation: clear, simple messages. The hard part? Listening and taking action. This one is easier than most, for sure!
And, I haven’t been taking care of my body since I had the flu. I haven’t been working out and moving the way I usually do. The recovery has been long and slow. Today, I begin again.
Movement snacks on schedule and planned out. CHECK!
Yoga class on schedule and planned. CHECK!
Brisk Cardio Walk on schedule and planned. CHECK!
Hydration? CHECK!
Meditation? CHECK! CHECK!
Onwards and upwards.
